Driven by the latest technologies, including AI, ML, and Data Analytics, and integrated with the popular collaboration platforms, ChatPM improves the team’s collaboration, communication, and project management process. It offers a 360-degree project management platform through which users can comfortably handle different aspects of projects, such as scope, risk, cost, schedules, meetings, pending activities, and more.

Businesses, particularly those with several projects running simultaneously, have always found project management as a tricky field. The client was aware of this usual challenge among most business owners and came up with the necessity of a smart virtual project management assistant, which would handle all project related tasks and information effectively.
Objective
Our client came to us to create a complete intelligent virtual project management ecosystem. It featured an MS Teams bot that enables the interaction and update of project-related information, a centralized dashboard that enables users to view all project data, PowerBI Integration with the MS Teams bot to allow users to access project information immediately.
Solutions
Here’s how Mindpath designed and implemented an intelligent project management solution for ChatPM.
MS Teams bot
We developed an MS Teams chatbot that integrates seamlessly into existing workflows. The bot enables users to update information about the project, add or delete project information, and import and export project information, as well as access ChatPM-GPT services directly in Microsoft Teams.
Power BI Dashboards
We incorporated the power BI dashboards into the main ChatPM platform to enable users to have significant information about the project’s performance. ChatPM uses data analytics to provide real-time visual reporting to stakeholders so that they can make informed decisions to improve project outcomes.
ChatPM-GPT Data Analytics
We combined ChatPM-GPT and the MS Teams bot to enable users to ask questions about the project and get insights in real-time. This saves the hassle of going through long project data or documentation.
Integration with Microsoft Azure
We also deployed the secure and scalable infrastructure of Microsoft Azure to achieve reliability, performance, and data protection. Azure is capable of supporting both data storage and computing services to facilitate a seamless operation and better user experience.
Results
