Refund and Cancellation Policy

Mindpath Technology Limited (“Mindpath”) is committed to delivering high-quality IT solutions, including AI development, chatbot creation, staff augmentation, and digital transformation services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which clients may request refunds or cancel services.

Scope of Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Mindpath, including but not limited to: Web and Mobile Development Projects, AI assistant/custom chatbot development projects, Software Consultation Projects.

Cancellation Policy

Before Project Commencement: Clients may cancel the project within 7 days of signing the agreement and before any work has commenced. A full refund will be issued, minus any administrative fees incurred.

After Project Commencement: If cancellation occurs after the project has started but before 30% completion, a partial refund may be granted based on the work completed and resources allocated. No refunds will be provided if more than 30% of the project has been completed.

Refund Policy

Eligibility: Refunds are considered under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to deliver services as per the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Technical issues on Mindpath’s end that prevent service delivery.
  • Mutual agreement to terminate the project before completion.


Non-Eligibility:
Refunds will not be provided in cases where:

  • Delays are caused by the client, including failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
  • The client requests changes or scope modifications after project initiation.
  • Dissatisfaction arises from subjective preferences if the delivered service meets the agreed requirements.


Process:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@mindpathtech.com within 14 days of project completion or cancellation. Refund claims will be reviewed and processed within 30 business days. Clients may be required to provide supporting documentation to validate their refund request.

Force Majeure

Mindpath shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in service delivery due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding refunds or cancellations, clients are encouraged to resolve the matter amicably through discussions with our support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration as per the jurisdictional laws of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
